Overall, 1991 is a decent to good year for the Dead. However, I rarely listen to 91, for a couple of reasons, the first is that their sound became too dense with the Welnick/Hornsby combo and second, Garcia's voice sounds really strained and reedy most of the year. You've named the obvious top shows, I would include 03-21, 06-07, 09-26, 10-27 and 12-28 into the list. the band also starts to sound really sterile on the soundboards and lose a bit of that nice warm buzzy glow that they had in much of the 80s...also, the November 1991 JGB shows are all well performed

The 1991 Jerry and David sets are magical as well.
